局部语法（local grammar）是语料库语言学的重要分析框架，它兼顾词汇、句法、语义与语用层面的考察，将形式、意义与功能有机结合，为短语研究、话语分析及语言教学等提供了切实可行的研究路径。近年来，相关研究不断涌现，充分展现了局部语法的巨大应用潜力。为进一步深化对局部语法理论内涵及其应用前景的讨论, 山西大学外国语学院拟于2026年5月29日至31日举办“第三届局部语法研究专题研讨会”。本次研讨会将邀请相关领域的知名学者，围绕“局部语法多维研究”这一主题展开交流与研讨，旨在促进局部语法理论的完善，并拓展其应用范围。本次研讨会由《当代外语研究》与《日语学习与研究》提供学术支持。

Call for Papers
The 3rd Symposium on Local Grammar Studies
May 29–31, 2026 Shanxi University
Local grammar has emerged as an important analytical framework in corpus linguistics. Incorporating lexical, syntactic, semantic, and pragmatic dimensions, it provides an integrated account of form, meaning, and function, and offers a productive approach to the study of phraseology, discourse analysis, and language pedagogy. In recent years, scholarship on local grammar has continued to expand, demonstrating its considerable theoretical significance and broad potential for application.
In order to promote further discussion of the theoretical foundations, methodological developments, and applied value of local grammar, the School of Foreign Languages, Shanxi University, will convene the 3rd Symposium on Local Grammar Studies from May 29 to 31, 2026. The symposium will invite distinguished scholars from relevant fields to engage in discussion under the theme of “Multidimensional Research on Local Grammar.” The event seeks to advance the development of local grammar theory and to broaden its applications across diverse areas of linguistic research and language education.
The symposium is academically supported by Contemporary Foreign Language Studies and Japanese Language Learning and Research.

All submissions will be reviewed by the organizing committee. Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to participate in the parallel sessions of the symposium.
