[CLOC2017][曲阜师大]全国学习者及双语语料库研究专题研讨会National Symposium on Learner and Bilingual Corpus Research

2017526日至28日,由中国英汉语比较研究会语料库语言学专业委员会主办、曲阜师范大学外国语学院承办的“2017全国学习者及双语语料库研究专题研讨会在曲阜师范大学举行。

本次研讨会围绕学习者语料库与双语语料库研究展开,议题涵盖英语学习者语料库研究、汉语学习者语料库研究、基于语料库的双语对比及翻译研究、专门用途及学术英语语料库研究等多个方向。会议旨在推进语料库语言学研究,促进相关领域专家学者之间的学术交流。

会议期间,多位专家作大会主题发言。卫乃兴教授围绕中国学者研究论文中的评价性语言使用展开报告;秦洪武教授、孔蕾副教授介绍了基于文本数据的儒学海外传播研究;濮建忠教授就扩展意义单位进行解读与反思;李文中教授探讨了中国英语学习者词语构型能力发展研究。

除大会主题发言外,会议还设置了十个分组论坛,内容涉及语料库与二语习得、基于语料库的语言研究、话语研究、翻译研究、学术英语研究和语料库技术等专题。与会学者围绕相关研究方法、语料资源建设、语言教学应用和跨语言对比研究等问题进行了深入交流。

本次会议为国内学习者语料库和双语语料库研究搭建了学术交流平台,展示了相关领域的最新研究成果,也为推动语料库语言学在外语教学、翻译研究和语言文化传播等领域的应用提供了有益思路。


2017 National Symposium on Learner and Bilingual Corpus Research

The 2017 National Symposium on Learner and Bilingual Corpus Research was held from May 26 to 28, 2017, in Qufu, Shandong Province. The symposium was hosted by the Corpus Linguistics Committee of the China Association for Comparative Studies of English and Chinese and organized by the School of Foreign Languages of Qufu Normal University.

The symposium focused on learner and bilingual corpus research, covering topics such as English learner corpora, Chinese learner corpora, corpus-based bilingual contrastive and translation studies, corpora for specific purposes, and academic English research. It aimed to advance corpus linguistics and promote academic exchange among scholars in related fields.

During the symposium, several experts delivered keynote speeches. Professor Naixing Wei discussed evaluative language use in research articles by Chinese academics; Professor Hongwu Qin and Associate Professor Lei Kong presented their research on the overseas dissemination of Confucianism based on textual data; Professor Jianzhong Pu offered reflections on extended units of meaning; and Professor Wenzhong Li explored the development of Chinese English learners’ word-formation competence.

In addition to keynote speeches, the symposium featured ten parallel forums on corpus and second language acquisition, corpus-based language studies, discourse studies, translation studies, academic English research, and corpus technology. Participants exchanged views on research methods, corpus resource development, applications in language teaching, and cross-linguistic comparative studies.

The symposium provided an important platform for academic exchange in learner and bilingual corpus research in China. It showcased recent achievements in the field and offered useful insights into the application of corpus linguistics in foreign language teaching, translation studies, and the dissemination of language and culture.
